Bradley H. Munroe Jr. is a father, husband, author, speaker, real estate investor, and real estate consultant. Brad is the founder and CEO of the REI Freedom Club, an education company that helps aspiring real estate investors achieve their dreams of investing in real estate.

Today after closing hundreds of real estate deals as well as buying, selling, and controlling nearly $50 million in assets, Brad has added children’s author to his list of accomplishments. With the debut of his illustrated financial literacy children’s book, From Lemonade Stand To Landlord, Brad takes young readers on a journey with Jalen, a young and ambitious 10 year old boy from the inner city who is introduced to a local mentor who opens his mind to the amazing world of real estate. As Jalen learns and shadows his mentor, he realizes how possible it is for him to one day achieve his own success in the real estate and business world.

The bigger mission behind Brad’s book, from Lemonade Stand To Landlord, is to encourage black families to put their children in position to start building wealth early by saving money for them to invest. Brad believes that this is a vital step in creating generational wealth in black communities. Brad is hopeful that through his teachings, he can play a part in changing the black narrative, and most importantly show black and brown children that they can achieve success beyond their wildest dreams through entrepreneurship.
